This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Jiliee ("Jiliee," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects the personal data of users ("you," "your," or "User") who access or use the Jiliee online gaming platform available at jiliee.pro and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

Jiliee is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the guidelines issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. This Policy applies to all personal data collected through the Platform, regardless of the device or method used to access it.

By registering for a Jiliee account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not use the Platform.

Jiliee acts as the data controller in respect of the personal data collected through the Platform. As data controller, Jiliee determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing complies with applicable Philippine data protection law.

Jiliee has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and applicable data protection legislation. You may contact the DPO at any time using the contact details provided in Section 15 of this Policy.

Jiliee collects the following categories of personal data from users of the Platform:

Jiliee does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or health data, except where such information is voluntarily provided by you in the context of a responsible gaming self-assessment or support interaction.

Jiliee collects personal data through the following means:

• Direct interactions: Data you provide when registering an account, completing KYC verification, making deposits or withdrawals, contacting customer support, or participating in promotions.
• Automated technologies: Data collected automatically when you access the Platform, including cookies, web beacons, server logs, and similar tracking technologies that record your device information, IP address, and browsing behavior on the Platform.

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform our contract with you, including operating your account, processing transactions, and providing access to games and platform features.
• Legal obligation: Processing necessary to comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) requirements under Republic Act No. 9160 (as amended), PAGCOR licensing conditions, and tax reporting obligations.
• Legitimate interests: Processing carried out for Jiliee's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and improving the user experience — provided such interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms.
• Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent, particularly in relation to marketing communications and the use of non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

Jiliee uses the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

• To create, verify, and manage your Jiliee account, including age verification to enforce the 21+ requirement applicable under Philippine gambling regulations.
• To process deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) via your chosen payment method.
• To provide access to games, promotions, bonuses, and other platform features.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct as defined in our Terms and Conditions.
• To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including reporting to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and PAGCOR where required.
• To monitor gameplay patterns for responsible gaming purposes and to intervene where problem gambling indicators are detected.
• To communicate with you regarding your account, transactions, platform updates, and support requests.
• To send you marketing communications about Jiliee promotions, new games, and special offers, where you have provided consent or where we have a legitimate interest in doing so.
• To analyze platform usage and improve the performance, security, and user experience of the Jiliee Platform.
• To resolve disputes, enforce our Terms and Conditions, and protect the legal rights of Jiliee and its users.

Jiliee does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose your personal data to the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

• Payment service providers: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment processors necessary to facilitate your financial transactions on the Platform.
• Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC and age verification service providers engaged to assist with regulatory compliance.
• IT and platform service providers: Cloud hosting providers, cybersecurity firms, and software vendors who support the technical operation of the Jiliee Platform under strict data processing agreements.
• Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: Philippine government agencies including PAGCOR, the AMLC, the National Privacy Commission, and law enforcement bodies where disclosure is required by law or court order.
• Professional advisors: Legal counsel, auditors, and accountants engaged by Jiliee in connection with the operation of the Platform, subject to professional confidentiality obligations.
• Business successors: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of Jiliee's business, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to equivalent data protection commitments.

All third parties with whom Jiliee shares personal data are required to process such data only for the specified purpose and in accordance with Jiliee's instructions and applicable Philippine data protection law.

Some of Jiliee's service providers and technology partners may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a country that does not provide an equivalent level of data protection to that afforded under Philippine law, Jiliee will implement appropriate safeguards — such as contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission — to ensure that your personal data remains protected to the standard required by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

By using the Jiliee Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your personal data to countries outside the Philippines where necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to the safeguards described above.

Jiliee retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for such additional period as is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with Philippine AML record-keeping requirements.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by applicable Philippine financial regulations.
• Support and communications data: Retained for up to three (3) years from the date of the interaction, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution or legal proceedings.
• Marketing preferences and consent records: Retained for the duration of your account and for one (1) year following account closure or withdrawal of consent.
• Technical and usage data: Generally retained for up to twelve (12) months, unless required for longer periods for security or fraud investigation purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with Jiliee's data disposal procedures.

Jiliee uses cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on the Platform, maintain session security, and analyze usage patterns. The following types of cookies are used:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for the Platform to function correctly, including session management, login authentication, and security features. These cannot be disabled without significantly impairing Platform functionality.
• Functional cookies: Used to remember your preferences, such as language settings and display options, to provide a more personalized experience.
• Analytics cookies: Used to collect aggregated, anonymized data about how users interact with the Platform, helping Jiliee identify areas for improvement. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.
• Marketing cookies: Used to deliver relevant promotional content and measure the effectiveness of Jiliee's marketing campaigns. These are only activated with your consent.

You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the availability and functionality of some Platform features, including game loading and account access.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by Jiliee:

• Right to be informed: The right to be notified of how your personal data is collected, used, and processed, as set out in this Policy.
• Right of access: The right to request a copy of the personal data Jiliee holds about you and information about how it is being processed.
• Right to rectification: The right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data held by Jiliee.
• Right to erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to Jiliee's legal retention obligations.
• Right to object: The right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes or where processing is based on Jiliee's legitimate interests.
• Right to data portability: The right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit it to another data controller where technically feasible.
• Right to lodge a complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines if you believe your data protection rights have been violated.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact Jiliee's Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 15. We will respond to all verified requests within thirty (30) days of receipt, in accordance with the timeframes prescribed by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

The Jiliee Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, consistent with Philippine gambling laws. Jiliee does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If Jiliee becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted, and any winnings accrued will be forfeited.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on the Jiliee Platform, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 15 so that we can take prompt action.

Jiliee implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Jiliee Platform.
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including financial information and identity documents.
• Role-based access controls limiting internal access to personal data to authorized personnel only.
• Regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing conducted by independent security professionals.
• Multi-factor authentication requirements for administrative access to systems containing personal data.

While Jiliee takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, Jiliee will notify you and the National Privacy Commission in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Jiliee reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or platform operations. Where changes are material, Jiliee will provide advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how Jiliee protects your personal data. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
