These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Jiliee ("Jiliee," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Jiliee website located at jiliee.pro and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by Jiliee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register for and use a Jiliee account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with Philippine gambling laws and applicable PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of Jiliee, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Jiliee Platform for any reason.

Jiliee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address, and any other documentation Jiliee deems necessary to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by Jiliee may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided during the registration process is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Jiliee account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Jiliee employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Jiliee reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify Jiliee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Jiliee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Jiliee reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, subject to applicable dormancy procedures and prior notice to the registered email address on file.

All financial transactions on the Jiliee Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Jiliee supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits published in the cashier section of the Platform, which may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your Jiliee account balance upon confirmation of receipt by Jiliee's payment processing systems. Jiliee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network outages. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be held pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Jiliee reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Processing times vary by payment method and are published in the cashier section.

Jiliee reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, Jiliee may report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), as required by applicable law.

Jiliee may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible users from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bets placed on certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. Jiliee reserves the right to determine which games are eligible for bonus wagering at its sole discretion.

Jiliee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or the exploitation of software errors — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

Each game available on the Jiliee Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between the game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

All game outcomes on Jiliee are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology, which ensures that results are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor, including bet size, account history, or platform configuration. Jiliee's RNG systems are subject to periodic independent testing and certification.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, Jiliee's records shall be the definitive source of truth regarding game outcomes and account balances. Jiliee will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical issues in a fair and timely manner.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jiliee Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform, including games, the cashier, or customer support systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are void and will be forfeited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any Jiliee software or game.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Jiliee staff, support agents, or other users through any communication channel.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.

Jiliee reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited activity and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities.

All content on the Jiliee Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of Jiliee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Jiliee Platform without the prior written consent of Jiliee. Unauthorized use of Jiliee's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

Jiliee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Jiliee implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and Jiliee cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jiliee, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

Jiliee's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Jiliee account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Jiliee makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

Jiliee is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we provide a range of tools to help users manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

Jiliee strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will immediately suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under the legal gambling age. Any winnings accrued by an underage user will be forfeited in full.

Jiliee reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited.

You may close your Jiliee account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Jiliee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Jiliee will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Jiliee's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of Jiliee's intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.
